Winton Road Barossa Valley Rose

A delicately pale pink colour with aromas of raspberry, strawberry and a hint of white petals. The lightly rounded palate is balanced perfectly with great intensity, vibrant acidity and a subtle herbal edge. The long finish leaves a lingering character of red berries and cream. The grapes used for the Winton Road Rose are carefully harvested from vineyards around Barossa. The time on skins is limited to create a delicate blush colour with the vinification taking place in stainless steel to retain freshness and increase aromatics. A short period on lees is used to build texture and increase complexity in the final wine.
