Delivery Policy


Every flower is delivered by Blossom by Daisy via contactless delivery, by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 1 pm or Before SOLD OUT, Monday - Sunday. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.

Please contact the store for any specific time delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Our delivery start after 12 pm. If you need any Timezone delivery, please contact the store before place the order.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least in advance.
If your enquiry is regarding delivery times – all deliveries will be made by 5pm to businesses and 8.30pm for residential. We will aim to have these deliveries done well before 8pm..Thanks for your understanding!
Delivery to Business:-  We do business deliveries between 12 - 5pm. Blossom by daisy is not responsible if the receiver left the business early. We don't do time zone deliveries. Due to unfavourable circumstances like( Accidents, road works, Weather) drivers are unable to reach the business before 5 pm. In that case the driver will contact the number (receiver/sender) provided by sender. The driver will deliver to alternate address(Home address) on same day or we will re-deliver flowers (new bunch) to the following business day. We always try to deliver on the same day.
Delivery to Hospitals
Blossom by daisy is experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.

Blossom by Daisy will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home we leave the bouquet at a safe place.

We will also like to mention that we take no responsibility for the stolen products, if for example we are instructed to leave the arrangement on the doorstep. Refunds will also not be issued if for any reason the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

If an incorrect recipient address is provided and the delivery was attempted, no refund will be available. The store must be provided with correct information before the delivery attempt takes place.
