Refund Policy


Hi,

We will like you to know that the case scenarios in which we will not be able to process the refunds on your orders, please note them as below:

1. If, in case, you change your mind about a purchase. 

2. If, in case, incorrect shipment information is given to us. The sender will be fully responsible for the details and accurate delivery instructions.

3. If, in case, the wrong delivery address is given to us. We can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost.

4. If you provide us with an inaccurate or incomplete address, and we deliver your order as per your information, we will not take any liability for the mistake.

5. We need minimum 24 hrs for Cancel the order. In case of cancellation we are unable to provide the refund, the store credit will be provided in this situation and coupon will be valid for 1 year.

6. In case of any complaint regarding the product quality or delivery, the customer has to notify the company with in the 48 hrs of the delivery. No refund will be applicable after 48 hrs. We are no longer responsible of any damage and quality. For any damage or quality issue, we need the photo proof of the product to assist you further for the issue.

We will try our best to resolve the issue, as flowers are perishable items, and they will decay quickly, if they don't look up properly.
